EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation. It's a revolutionary workout method that uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions.
You wear a special suit with electrodes that send low-frequency electrical impulses to your muscles, mimicking the natural signals your brain sends. This leads to deeper and more intense muscle contractions than voluntary movements alone.
EMS can help with muscle strengthening, fat reduction, improved circulation and enhanced muscle recovery. It's also efficient, providing a full-body workout in just 20 minutes.
Yes, EMS is generally safe when performed under the guidance of trained professionals. The intensity and frequency of the impulses are adjusted to your fitness level and goals.
EMS suits all fitness levels, from beginners to elite athletes. It's especially beneficial for people with busy schedules, looking for efficient workouts, or recovering from injuries.
For optimal results, we recommend 1–2 sessions per week. Each session is supervised by a professional to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Yes, EMS can support weight loss by increasing muscle mass, which boosts metabolism, and by providing an intense workout that burns calories.
You'll wear a suit equipped with electrodes. Your coach guides you through a series of exercises while the EMS device stimulates your muscles. You may feel a tingling sensation, but it shouldn't be painful.
EMS complements traditional workouts rather than replacing them. It's a powerful tool to enhance your overall routine and can be combined with other forms of exercise for balanced fitness.
Many people notice visible results after 4–6 weeks with 1–2 sessions per week, combined with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Results can include more strength, better muscle tone and fat reduction – but everyone is different.
